Here we design the session and it’s contents around those attending, tackling some theory and much more of the practical essence of NLP tools and techniques on real issues affecting us.

You will leave with a number of effective techniques that you can start using immediately, and a clearer vision of your future.

This one day intensive workshop will introduce you to the many personal benefits of Time-Line Therapy. Whilst initially we will focus on the theoretical elements of the life transforming technique, we soon move into putting the technique and our mind to-work.

  • The benefits are the release of the five major emotions connected to our past thoughts and memories, (anger, sadness, fear, hurt & guilt), allowing you to transform how you view the past and liberate your potential to create the life you want.

You will learn this technique so effectively that you can apply what you have learnt throughout your life, should you need it again.

On top of that, you will discover how to set goals so effectively that you can place them in your future memories, acting as a constant motivator for your future.
